Sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations, and in such cases, you can certainly return it to us. Returns from the UK are free. Just follow the steps below:

  • Register your return using the form below.
  • You will receive an email from us with a return label, which you must print and attach to your package.
  • FedEx will collect your package on the next available weekday, but you can also drop it off at a FedEx drop-off point if that suits you better.

You may have received a return shipping label with your package; however, you should not use it. Instead, use the return shipping label emailed to you by us.

Important: We kindly ask you to use the return label provided by us after registering your return. If you choose a different return method, your package may experience delays in customs processing, which could result in a delayed refund.

If you experience any issues with the return shipping label you received by email from us, please contact our customer service.

Please enter the email address linked to your customer profile and the order number you received in your delivery confirmation (AXXXXXXX). If you do not have a customer profile, please provide the email address you used when placing the order. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

  • Returns from the UK are free.
  • You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to return it.
  • It takes up to 10 business days for a returned parcel to reach our warehouse and be processed.
  • If you want to exchange an item, please return your order as described above and place a new order. If the new order is below £50, please contact our customer service and they can help you prepare a manual web order for you with free shipping.
  • Note! Your return label, sent to you via email, it's valid for 10 business days after receiving the email.
  • If you miss your pickup, you can always visit a FedEx location to drop off your package there.

To consider when making a return

  • Labels should remain on all garments.
  • The original packaging with the product must be well packaged with an protective outer packaging.
  • An item returned must be unused, odourless and packed in its original packaging.
  • It's not permitted to directly attach a consignment note to any products, such as the original box of shoes, as this could cause damage.
