Sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations, and in such cases, you can certainly return it to us. Returns from the UK are free. Just follow the steps below.

  • Send an email to [email protected] with your order number. Our customer service team will then create a commercial invoice and send it back to you as a PDF. You will need to print 3 copies of the commercial invoice.
  • Pack all the items you want to return in the original package you received and securely seal it.
  • Place the return label provided in your package on the parcel. Place it over the old shipping label or remove the old label first.
  • Put the 3 copies of your commercial invoice in the plastic pocket provided in your package, and attach the plastic pocket to the parcel. This is important since FedEx won't accept the return if the commercial invoice (customs documentation) isn't included.
  • Schedule a return pickup with FedEx here. Use the tracking number on your provided return label (XXXX XXXX XXXX). You don't need to log in or create an account with FedEx to schedule a return pickup. Currently we can't offer returns through a FedEx drop off location.

  • Returns from the UK are free.
  • You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to return it.
  • It takes up to 10 business days for a returned parcel to reach our warehouse and be processed.
  • If you want to exchange an item, please return your order as described above and place a new order. If the new order is below £50, please contact our customer service and they can help you prepare a manual web order for you with free shipping.

To consider when making a return

  • Labels should remain on all garments.
  • The original packaging with the product must be well packaged with an protective outer packaging.
  • An item returned must be unused, odourless and packed in its original packaging.
  • It's not permitted to directly attach a consignment note to any products, such as the original box of shoes, as this could cause damage.

When returning an order from the UK with FedEx - you do not need to register your return at dormy.com on the form below. This is only necessary if you need to provide us with information about why the product was returned.
