Description
Wilson Staff Launch Pad 2 has a sole that has the exact same name as the club, Launch Pad, and is made to glide over the ground and give higher ball flight. The sole is progressive in the set which means that it is larger in the longer irons and smaller in the shorter, to allow for more consistent ball contact. The hollow construction together with the thin face deliver higher ball speed and increased distance. The weight has been reduced in both the club head and shaft to help you more easily achieve higher ball speed. The whole head has a durable finish that counteracts scratches and marks and keeps the clubs in good condition for a long time.
Hollow construction, The club head’s hollow construction and incredibly thin face give an increased COR. The increased COR allows the ball to remain in contact with the club head longer and generates higher ball speed for longer shots.
Launch Pad Sole, The sole on the Launch Pad irons has been optimised so that the head makes contact with the ball and not the grass, avoiding duffing and giving outstanding, consistent results, swing after swing.
