Hi-Toe wedge strategically positions the centre of gravity (CG) high up in the head for a low launch and high spin impact. The RAW face with Spin Tread technology uses laser etching to channel away moisture and retain spin in wet conditions. Just as tyre patterns help your car maintain contact with the road, Spin Tread redirects the water at impact and creates more friction between the head and the ball, producing more spin than previous generations. Hi-Toe 4 is offered in three different grinding options to satisfy a wide range of conditions and swing types. The brand new grinding options include versatile, low bounce design through wider soles, and high bounce options that deliver broad versatility. Made from soft 8620 carbon steel, Milled Grind wedges ensure precise sole geometry where it matters most in a wedge. The milling process eliminates human error and delivers unmatched consistency and craftsmanship with repeatable results you can trust. Experience the confidence, spin control and versatility that TaylorMade Hi-Toe 4 offers on the golf course!
Sole grinds for all players, Hi-Toe 4 comes with three different grind options to suit each player’s needs. ATS – An expanded four-way chamber is a fundamental part of the sole design that provides versatility for shaping shots with both open and closed club heads. ATV – A unique asymmetric bounce and concave sole create a multifunctional design for sharp and clean contacts from tight positions, while playing with more effective bounce when the blade is open. ATC – A wedge with low bounce and tapered sole and low leading edge, ideal for players with a flat swing who play on hard courses.
All-over grooves , With grooves on the mid and high loft wedges, you always get plenty of spin on your shots. This means that even when you open up the club face from different lies around the green, you still have grooves for the ball to make contact with.
Raised raw micro ribs, Between the regular grooves are small elevations which, along with the rest of the face, rust over time. Micro ribs make it easy for the club to grip the ball, which in turn leads to more spin, even on short shots.
